How To Use
Shake the pen well before use. Place the tip of the pen at the inner corner of your eye and draw a line along your upper lash line, extending outwards to the outer corner of your eye. You can also use the pen to create a winged eyeliner look. To do this, simply draw a line upwards from the outer corner of your eye. Allow the eyeliner to dry completely before opening your eyes.
Tips
For a more dramatic look, apply a thicker line of eyeliner. If you make a mistake, simply wipe it away with a cotton swab dipped in makeup remover. To remove eyeliner at the end of the day, use an oil-based makeup remover.
